Dictators are neither meteorites nor shooting stars, and therefore they do not fall from the sky. They are, instead, glowing embers that rise from hell, due to the fault of those who are induced to replace democratic or republican regimes with dictatorships that arise from the abuse of power by communist or fascist tyrants.
